A fundraiser for the Fitzroy Centre; a program of the Canadian Mental Health Association, PEI Division.
Come visit four homes, located in the Charlottetown and surrounding area, beautifully decorated for Christmas. The tour will take place on December 9, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Ticket holders are invited to tour the homes in the sequence that best suits them.
Ticket holders are invited to tour the homes at the following locations:
- 34 Dorothy Avenue, Stratford
- 67 Mill Road, Warren Grove (off route 248)
- 21 Advana, Lewis Point
- 15 Templar Avenue, Sherwood

Tickets are $15.00 per person and must be purchased in advance by calling (902) 566-5111 or dropping by Fitzroy Centre at 170 Fitzroy Street in Charlottetown.
Fitzroy Centre Hours of Operation – Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with evening hours extended to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday evening.

Fitzroy Centre is a program of the Canadian Mental Health Association – PEI Division. The Centre is an internationally accredited psycho-social rehabilitation program that focuses on the recovery of individuals who have experienced mental health issues. We use a holistic approach and focus on the individual’s strengths, talents and skills. We provide members with the opportunity to set goals and access supports to achieve these goals.
