Are you struggling with negative thinking? This course will explore patterns of negative thinking and provide you with a two-step process for changing negative thoughts to positive thoughts. Come join us for conversations around your inner critical voice, distorted thinking, and how to change your thought patterns.
This FREE 3-week in-person course starts on November 4th and will run every Wednesday from 1:30pm – 4:00pm.
