Today we’re encouraging everyone to get out, go for a walk, try that spin class you’ve been meaning to try AND/OR register for the Prince Edward Island Marathon and start your training today. The Evermoore Brewing Co. 5Miler is coming up on May 19th and there’s the Georgetown 5K & 10K in July. There are so many opportunities to work towards a goal of moving more.
