May 3-9 is CMHA’s 70th Mental Health Week. The MHW 2021 campaign’s core objective is mental health promotion. The “#GetReal about how you feel” campaign started in 2020 and will continue again this year. For 2021, the Mental Health Week theme will focus on understanding our emotions – Recognizing, labelling and accepting our feelings are all part of protecting and promoting good mental health for everyone.
For more information, toolkits, and resources click here to visit the CMHA National Mental Health Week page.
How to Support CMHA-PEI & Mental Health Week

Want to promote around town, or in the workplace? Download and print a copy of the Mental Health Week poster here!
Donate today! This year’s main donor towards Mental Health Week is KGF2 Designs. This beautiful, empowering, and fun clothing line was developed by PEI’s own Kate Flanagan, with a mission to create a community that feels empowered in their clothing. Kate, explains that she is at her best when she is Kind, Grateful, Fun and Fearless (hence KGF2)! These words and emotions connect with Mental Health Week so well, and the idea of empowering yourself and others is a mission we can all get on board with! To date, the business has donated $3150 towards Mental Health Week events and promotions.
