Finding Hope and Building Strength
Are you supporting someone living with a mental illness? This course focuses on helping you learn to care for them while caring for yourself. Come join us for conversations around communication, crisis situations, boundaries, and self-compassion. This course was designed to offer education, support, and skills, as you adjust to your new normal.
This FREE 8-week in-person course starts on October 20th and will run every Tuesday from 6:30pm – 8:30pm. Three separate simultaneous courses will be delivered in Montague, Charlottetown and Summerside. Pre-registration is required.
