Pledges are an easy way to organize your charitable giving for the whole year all at once. You can make a pledge in a number of ways:
IN PERSON – Drop by 178 Fitzroy Street in Charlottetown between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
BY PHONE – Call 902-566-3034 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
BY MAIL – you can send the following pledge form and payment method to:

Please make payable to Canadian Mental Health Association – PEI Division
ONLINE – You can organize a monthly pledge online through Canadahelps.org; a secure online donation platform that allows users to donate to any registered Canadian charity.
PAYMENTS & TAX RECEIPTS – Pledges can be paid in the following ways:
Tax receipts are issued for each donation processed. They can be mailed or emailed.
